Pacific Northwest Thursday with a warming and drying trend through Saturday. Winds will be variable becoming northwest
6-10 mph around 1600. Surface
inversion lifting around 1000 hours today. Moderate fire behavior is expected
today due to warmer temperatures and lower humidities. Fire grew approximately 686 acres with most
of the growth in the unburned pockets in the interior of the fire. Unity
may have smoke settling in the evening and into the morning. Baker City, Burns, John Daly, Prairie
City and Vale will have Good
smoke levels today. Expect a clearing overnight with smoke settling into
drainages.
