The computer model used to predict smoke from wildfires is pointing to a couple of days of poor air quality throughout Southwest Oregon. There are some uncertainties in the predictions, especially with fire growth since the firefighters have been making some good progress controlling the fires in Oregon, but light winds are pointing to the possibility of widespread poor air over the next couple of days. We may also see smoke coming north from California. Specific predictions to follow in the next post.
